Four Part Bolt Together Frames

Our frames are precision-engineered using a durable blend of hardwood and plywood. What sets them apart is our innovative bolt-together construction: the arms, base, and back are securely fastened with large carriage bolts, washers, and nuts. This design not only provides superior strength compared to traditional staple-based methods, but also allows for easy disassembly and reassembly—ideal for navigating tight delivery spaces or performing service when needed.

Every frame is backed by a 2-year warranty for added peace of mind.

Springs

Our seat springs are 8-guage, sinuous no sag springs that connect from the front frame rail to the back-frame rail and are attached with nylon spring clips. This eliminates squeaking and adds to the lifespan of the springs.

Our springs carry a 2-year warranty.

Wrapped Cushion Cores

Our seat cushions are crafted with precision-cut foam at a 1.8 density for optimal comfort and durability. Each cushion is wrapped in a continuous 2oz layer of Dacron fiber, starting at the top, flowing around the front, and finishing at the bottom—ensuring a smooth, consistent feel throughout. We design our products with reversible seat cushions for extended use and versatility, while the back cushions are generously filled with virgin Dacron fiber for plush support.

All cushions are backed by a 1-year warranty for added assurance.

Fabrics

Fabrics are selected for their style, durability, and logevity. All fabrics are rigorously tested for wear and meet all AHFA standards.

Fabrics carry a 1-year warranty.
